I believe the receptionist name was Erin, they did a great job getting the details set up for me. Gabriel showed up on time and went over everything with me. He got to work, and my carpets are now looking brand new again. I highly recommend El Paso County Chem-Dry.

Gabriel worked really hard to get our very dirty carpet clean. We had dog urine stains and, after much effort, he got them out as much as possible. I would recommend this company to anyone having old, stubborn stains and pet stains. Gabriel was also professional and courteous.

The entire experience was amazing! The gentleman that came to my house was extremely kind. He took his time to explain everything. We had a stubborn stain that he tried his best to get out of the carpet, but it wouldn’t budge. We weren’t even charged for the effort. The rest of the carpet that he cleaned for us turned out amazing. It looks brand new! He was very personable and we chatted about family and houses while he worked. I felt like I was following him, but it was just to engage in conversation while he worked. I usually feel awkward and unsettled when service people are in my home, but this experience was fantastic. I highly, highly recommend El Paso County Chem Dry. You have an amazing working man on your team and I appreciate his hard work.
