The entire experience was amazing! The gentleman that came to my house was extremely kind. He took his time to explain everything. We had a stubborn stain that he tried his best to get out of the carpet, but it wouldn’t budge. We weren’t even charged for the effort. The rest of the carpet that he cleaned for us turned out amazing. It looks brand new! He was very personable and we chatted about family and houses while he worked. I felt like I was following him, but it was just to engage in conversation while he worked. I usually feel awkward and unsettled when service people are in my home, but this experience was fantastic. I highly, highly recommend El Paso County Chem Dry. You have an amazing working man on your team and I appreciate his hard work.

Gabriel worked really hard to get our very dirty carpet clean. We had dog urine stains and, after much effort, he got them out as much as possible. I would recommend this company to anyone having old, stubborn stains and pet stains. Gabriel was also professional and courteous.

Very happy with the service. I live in a rented and the previous tenant obviously had pets 👍 but ChemDry did wonders. Black light, spot treatment, protectant, clean smell, quick results. I’m very satisfied and will be using ChemDry in the future.

I highly recommend Chem-Dry. Our dogs got sick after our move and decided to use the couch as a landing spot for their sickness. Chem-Dry sent Gabriel out to help take care of the smell that we couldn’t get out. He was awesome! Extremely professional and did a fantastic job. I needed my carpets cleaned so I looked up to see who had the best reviews. Sure enough, they were correct and now I'm leaving 5 stars. I believe the receptionist name was Erin, they did a great job getting the details set up for me. Gabriel showed up on time and went over everything with me. He got to work, and my carpets are now looking brand new again. I highly recommend El Paso County Chem-Dry.

We had carpets that were very dirty and we thought they would need to be replaced but decided to give El Paso County ChemDry a try before going to that expense. Gabriel with ChemDry came to our house and looked at our carpets and answered all of our questions and concerns before starting work. He was great. Very polite and hardworking and good at what he does. He did a fantastic job getting the carpets cleaned. Now we won’t need to replace the carpets. We are very pleased with our decision to use ChemDry.

Aaron and Chem-Dry did a phenomenal job cleaning my carpet! They showed me all of the pet spots that have accumulated over time (and boy was it a lot...) and walked me through the entire process. Aaron was quick, efficient, and a wealth of knowledge. I could immediately smell the difference when I walked inside the house after he was finished, and it'll smell even better when it is all dry!
