The entire experience was amazing! The gentleman that came to my house was extremely kind. He took his time to explain everything. We had a stubborn stain that he tried his best to get out of the carpet, but it wouldn’t budge. We weren’t even charged for the effort. The rest of the carpet that he cleaned for us turned out amazing. It looks brand new! He was very personable and we chatted about family and houses while he worked. I felt like I was following him, but it was just to engage in conversation while he worked. I usually feel awkward and unsettled when service people are in my home, but this experience was fantastic.
