We had carpets that were very dirty and we thought they would need to be replaced but decided to give El Paso County ChemDry a try before going to that expense. Gabriel with ChemDry came to our house and looked at our carpets and answered all of our questions and concerns before starting work. He was great. Gabriel worked really hard to get our very dirty carpet clean. We had dog urine stains and, after much effort, he got them out as much as possible. I would recommend this company to anyone having old, stubborn stains and pet stains. Gabriel was also professional and courteous.

The entire experience was amazing! The gentleman that came to my house was extremely kind. He took his time to explain everything. We had a stubborn stain that he tried his best to get out of the carpet, but it wouldn’t budge. We weren’t even charged for the effort. The rest of the carpet that he cleaned for us turned out amazing. It looks brand new! He was very personable and we chatted about family and houses while he worked. I felt like I was following him, but it was just to engage in conversation while he worked. I usually feel awkward and unsettled when service people are in my home, but this experience was fantastic.
