I needed my carpets cleaned so I looked up to see who had the best reviews. Sure enough, they were correct and now I'm leaving 5 stars. I believe the receptionist name was Erin, they did a great job getting the details set up for me. Gabriel showed up on time and went over everything with me. He got to work, and my carpets are now looking brand new again. I highly recommend El Paso County Chem-Dry.

Very pleased! When I called back after carpet had fully dried after service to advise them I still faintly smelled urine, they came back out and did another treatment to ensure I was happy!

I highly recommend Chem-Dry. Our dogs got sick after our move and decided to use the couch as a landing spot for their sickness. Chem-Dry sent Gabriel out to help take care of the smell that we couldn’t get out. He was awesome! Extremely professional and did a fantastic job.
